Return Policy

I want to cancel my order.

If the order hasn’t been shipped, we can cancel the order and issue you a full refund with no penalty. If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse the package and it will be returned to us. You will be issued a refund except for the cost of shipping.

I received my product, but the product is wrong.

If you have received the wrong item or an item that arrived damaged due to packing and/or shipping, please contact us at support@spanishtownkitchen.com. Please include your full name used for the order and any image of the damaged or incorrect item received. Providing the product is readily available, we will replace your item or issue a store credit.

I received my package but it appears to have been damaged during shipping.

If you have received a package that appears to have been damaged during shipping, the product(s) is oftentimes still okay. Please check your product(s) carefully. However, if your product(s) have been damaged due to shipping, please contact us at support@spanishtownkitchen.com. We ask that you save the damaged packaging so that we are able to submit a shipping insurance claim. If you discard your damaged packaging, we will not be able to replace your damaged product(s). When contacting us please include your full name used for the order and any image of the damaged or incorrect item received. Providing the product is readily available, we will replace your item or issue a full refund.

I am unhappy with my product.

If you are not happy with your product due to reasons outside of product damage or incorrect product received, please contact us at support@spanishtownkitchen.com. We will do our best to address your concerns. However, due to the nature of products being food we do not accept returns.
