Terms of Service.

Transaction Fees for All Invoices:
A processing fee of 3% will be applied to all invoices, including credit card transactions and other payment methods. This fee covers the costs associated with payment processing and is non-refundable.

Return Policy:

  • I want to cancel my order:
    If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund with no penalty. If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse the package, and it will be returned to us. You will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping and the transaction fee.

  • I received my product, but the product is wrong:
    If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to packing or shipping, please contact us at support@spanishtownkitchen.com. Include your full name, order details, and any images of the incorrect or damaged item. If the product is available, we will replace the item or issue a store credit.

  • I received my package but it appears to have been damaged during shipping:
    If your package is damaged during shipping, the product(s) may still be fine, so please check carefully. If the items are damaged, contact us at support@spanishtownkitchen.com. Save the damaged packaging for insurance claims. If the packaging is discarded, we will not be able to replace the damaged product(s). Provide your full name, order details, and images of the damage. If the product is available, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

  • I am unhappy with my product:
    If you are not satisfied with your product for reasons other than product damage or incorrect items, please contact us at support@spanishtownkitchen.com. While we will try to address your concerns, due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns.
