Spanish Town Kitchen was founded in 2013. It is rooted and inspired by Spanish Town, a vibrant community located on the Caribbean island of Jamaica. It is also the birthplace of founder Pat Marrett. The Caribbean is at the heart of all our brand and crafting products that are recognizable, approachable and adaptable stands as our primary goal.
All our products are created in small batches. Our Jerk Marinating Sauces are made with carefully sourced ingredients. With our curated spice blends, we have created a line of seasonings that will stimulate all your senses. The spices we use in our products are sourced from companies that share in our mission of equity and support of small farmers. Our new collection of fruit preserves beautifully combines the rich food culture of the Caribbean.
