Ingredients
1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
2 cups ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Procedure
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch tart tin, pressing it firmly against the edges. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.
Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.

Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese.
