Spanish Town Kitchen originated from our founder Pat Marrett's place of birth, Spanish Town, Jamaica. The company, first founded in 2013, was focused on catering and bringing flavorful high-quality food experiences that were globally inspired and rooted in the Caribbean. Along with our founders' passion for catering, she has found joy in developing products that makes the cooking process efficient and flavorful.
